ANNEAU–GESTIONS · Website information

Privacy Policy

How we handle website enquiries and personal information.

1. Who we are and what this notice covers

ANNEAU - GESTIONS Ltd (“we”, “us” or “our”) is committed to handling personal information lawfully, fairly and transparently. This notice explains how we handle personal information when you visit our website or contact us through its institutional enquiry form.

Our address is 7, Duke of Edinburgh Avenue, Place d’Armes, 11328 Port Louis, Mauritius.

This notice concerns website browsing and general enquiries. Except for the account-deletion pathway in section 11, it does not cover the separate shares-subscription app or replace notices supplied for client onboarding, investment services or other distinct activities. Sending an enquiry is not a share subscription, trading instruction or client-onboarding application.

2. Information we collect

The enquiry form asks for your name, organisation, work email address and message. You may also provide your role and area of interest. Fields marked with an asterisk are required to submit the form. The separate eIPO account-deletion form asks for your full name, registered or contact email address, optional registered mobile number and deletion request. We also process any further information you choose to provide in correspondence.

Technical information associated with website operation and security may include IP addresses, browser and connection information, requested pages and access times. Turnstile processing is described below.

Please provide only what is needed to introduce your enquiry. Do not use this form to send identity documents, bank or securities-account details, trading instructions or other sensitive information. It is not an urgent-instructions channel.

3. Why we use information

We use enquiry information to understand your request, route it to appropriate personnel, respond and maintain relevant correspondence. We use technical information to operate the website, investigate faults and help prevent fraud, spam and other misuse. We may also process relevant information where necessary to meet applicable legal obligations or establish, exercise or defend legal claims.

Submitting an enquiry does not, by itself, subscribe you to marketing communications.

4. Who may receive information

We do not rent, sell or commercially trade your personal information. Personal information is used by authorised personnel and the service providers involved in the purposes described in this notice.

Our current website arrangements include GoDaddy for hosting, Microsoft for email delivery and mailboxes, and Cloudflare for Turnstile protection. The form uses Contact Form 7 and FluentSMTP within WordPress. Installing a plugin does not itself establish that its developer receives enquiry content.

Where necessary and lawful, relevant information may also be disclosed to professional advisers or competent authorities. An ordinary website enquiry is not routinely sent to an IPO issuer, securities exchange, depository or payment intermediary simply because those organisations are named in a separate app policy.

5. Cloudflare Turnstile

We use Cloudflare Turnstile to help protect the enquiry form against automated abuse. It processes technical signals, including IP address, browser and connection characteristics and the website origin, to distinguish people from bots. Cloudflare also uses signals to improve bot detection.

Cloudflare acts as a processor when providing website protection and as a controller for its own bot-detection improvement purpose. See its Turnstile Privacy Addendum and Privacy Policy.

If you cannot use the form, you can send a general enquiry to enquiries@anneaugestions.co. The same request not to send sensitive documents or instructions applies.

6. International processing and transfers

We are based in Mauritius. Our hosting, email and security providers operate internationally and may process information outside Mauritius. Processing locations depend on the service and provider arrangements. For information about international processing relevant to your enquiry and applicable safeguards, please contact our privacy contact below.

7. Retention and security

We retain personal information only for as long as needed for the purposes for which it is held, including handling an enquiry and any applicable legal or record-keeping requirements. Relevant considerations include the nature of the enquiry, subsequent correspondence, legal obligations and any unresolved dispute. Information no longer required should be securely deleted or anonymised under the applicable retention arrangements.

The website uses HTTPS and the enquiry form uses anti-spam protection. Access to the website administration and email services is authenticated. These measures do not eliminate every risk of unauthorised access, alteration, loss or disclosure. No system can guarantee absolute security.

8. Your rights

Subject to applicable law and its conditions, you may request access to your personal information, correction of inaccurate information, erasure or restriction of processing, or object to certain processing. Where applicable, you may also have rights to data portability and protections concerning solely automated decisions with legal or similarly significant effects. If processing relies on consent, you may withdraw it without affecting the lawfulness of processing before withdrawal.

These rights are not absolute; some information may need to be retained to comply with legal obligations. We may need proportionate information to verify your identity before responding.

9. Contact and complaints

For questions about this notice or to exercise privacy rights, contact:

10. Changes to this notice

We may update this notice to reflect changes in the website, our practices or applicable requirements. The published notice will show its effective or last-updated date.

11. ANNEAU eIPO Account and Data Deletion

You may request the deletion of your ANNEAU eIPO account and its associated personal data at any time.

Please use our dedicated account-deletion request form to submit your request. You do not need to reinstall or access the app to submit a request.

Please provide:

  • your full name;
  • the email address or mobile number registered to your ANNEAU eIPO account; and
  • a clear statement requesting deletion of your account and associated personal data.

Please do not send your password, PIN, one-time password, payment-card information or identity documents with your initial request.

We will acknowledge your request and may contact you through your registered contact details to verify your identity. Following successful verification, we will permanently delete or irreversibly anonymise your account and associated personal data that we are not legally or regulatorily required to retain.

Certain records may need to be retained for financial transactions, regulatory compliance, KYC/AML obligations, security, fraud prevention, dispute management, audit requirements or other legal obligations. Such information will be restricted, retained only for the applicable statutory or approved retention period, and deleted or irreversibly anonymised when that period expires.

We will notify you when the deletion process has been completed or explain any information that must be retained and the applicable reason.

For assistance or to submit your request, please visit our dedicated account-deletion request form.
